My take on RISEx.
Why I farm it, what is announced, how to start, and what is still unknown.
Why I farm it
- The order book lives entirely on-chain: every order, fill and funding payment is matched and settled in-block, no private matching engine.
- 100% of RISE points go to RISEx users. The exchange is the chain's core product, so the people trading on it are the ones the points are for.
- A fixed weekly pool and a season that runs to Q2 2027 at the latest: plenty of weeks left to build a share.
My take, not advice.
What we know
- RISEx is a perp DEX on RISE Chain, an EVM-compatible Ethereum L2. Its order book is fully on-chain.
- Ignite Season 1 started July 20, 2026 at 00:00 UTC: 200K points per week, distributed every Tuesday at 14:00 UTC (first drop July 28), ending no later than Q2 2027.
- Points reward volume (maker and taker), open interest and hold time, total costs paid (fees, slippage, negative markouts) and referrals. The model changes each week and its weights are not published. 100% of RISE points are allocated to RISEx users.

- Fees follow rolling 14-day volume: 1 bps maker and 3 bps taker below $5M, down to 0 maker and 1.5 bps taker above $1B.

- Backers include Galaxy Ventures, Vitalik Buterin, Finality Capital Partners and EtherFi. The invite-only phase before Ignite did over $3B in volume.

How to farm it
- 1Open RISEx with my invite link and connect your wallet.
- 2Bridge funds to RISE Chain and deposit.
- 3Trade perps. Holding positions and paying real costs count too, not only volume.
- 4Points land every Tuesday at 14:00 UTC.
What we don't know
- How points convert into a RISE token, and when, is not published.
- The weekly scoring model changes and its weights are kept private on purpose.
